Isla Edwards
Teaching Artist
Isla Edwards is a performer and director who is currently studying Film Production at the University of Canberra. She has a passion for storytelling, with a particular interest in directing for both stage and screen, while continuing to develop her skills as an actor.
In 2024, Isla played the role of Mrs White in St Mary MacKillop College's production of Clue, taking on one of the show's lead roles. In 2025, she was also cast as a featured extra in Season 2 of the television series Austin, gaining valuable experience in a professional screen production.
Having grown up with a love for the performing arts, Isla is excited to share her enthusiasm and creativity with Perform Australia students. She hopes to create a fun, supportive environment where students can build confidence, express themselves creatively, and discover a real love for the performing arts.
