Jen Seyderhelm
Teaching Artist
Jen Seyderhelm has worked in the media for many years. She is an actor, writer, producer and radio veteran. She has also been a senior lecturer at the Australian Film Television and Radio School in Sydney.
Jen also has two podcasts - 20/40, which centres around life, work and friendship discussions between two women with a twenty year age gap, and the Practically Positive Podcast which celebrates joyous stories with a scientific angle.

Jen is also a stand up comedian and writing her first book.
​
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with a Psychology major from Macquarie University, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
​
At Perform Australia, Jen teaches voice for actors, commercial voiceover artistry, and podcasting.
